THICK HEAVY HAND PIPE WITH FUMING CRAFTS

I ordered two items from Calibear.com on 1/7/25. Well a week went bye and no tracking no response to an email/s sent by me. Waiting thinking maybe they’re just busy. Well another full week and nothing by then I sent 5 emails no response I think It was around day 20 I called my bank for fraud and I just wanted my money back. I had already sent my last email #6 telling Calibear.com that at this point just cancel the order and I told my bank the same. The bank said they’ll look into it as it may have just been a scam site. Well to my surprise just about 30 or more days after the purchase date I get first email from caliber.com. And guess what we just shipped your order. Well I was furious to say the least and I emailed caliber.com and said nice of you to finally respond to the cancelled order by shipping anyway. I told them I will refuse the order as I already bought same type of items from another site. No response again for a week or more. I see the fedex.com tracking and I contacted fedex to just send back to sender as I cancelled that order now almost a month ago. I received my second email from calibers.com stating they will do whatever they need to do to make it right. Well their idea if making it right is to force me to accept a cancelled order/ delivery! I already this cancelled this order weeks prior. Just send the refund it’s very simple if you want to settle this issue send refund, but instead they then give item to usps and I know nothing about this until item shows up. I contacted caliber.com again and said send me a return label so I can give back the cancelled order that you seem determined to force me to accept. Well it’s still going on waiting for my full refund as I never a opened item and I gave item back to my mailman and he said he’ll take it back to post office to return. I wrote on the box return to sender as instructed by caliber.com since they refused to send return label. So in conclusion do not buy from the fraudulent company from the USA who is really just a China drop shipper. Every legit online company today when shipping me any item has a return label sitting inside the box with an invoice. As most companies give 30 day money back guarantee. Especially when box has never been open or used and or cancelled like miy order two weeks after never hearing a word from said company! If you can give zero stars this is your company.
